Roompact is a higher education technology company that helps university housing departments across the United States with a powerful residential education and management software platform. Since 2013, our mission has been to build an easy-to-use, well-designed SaaS product that helps residence life departments support their students and improve their processes. For many residence life teams across the United States, Roompact is critical for enabling communication, planning initiatives, and helping students succeed. We’re a small, resourceful team that has always emphasized excellent customer service and constant improvement. This has allowed us to grow our company through revenue rather than VC funding.
One of our biggest priorities is making Roompact a great place to work, which makes our team happy and in turn allows us to serve our clients better. We have teams and team leaders to keep things organized, but we’re not big on hierarchy—the role of a supervisor here is to give you what you need to succeed, not to micromanage you.
