Our client's mission is to deliver proactive, precise care to every chronic disease sufferer, eliminating preventable sickness. They are a small and committed team, currently pre-Series-A, who has experienced double-digit growth. They have deeply passionate clients and seed investors that are partnering with them in making healthcare data-driven. Our client is tackling Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) which is a substantially under-diagnosed condition that affects over 35 million people in the US. Value-based care teams use our client's software and prediction engines to find undiagnosed and unaware disease sufferers, drive precise interventions to eliminate bad events and deliver better clinical outcomes at a lower cost. Their clients are health care enterprises: kidney clinics and nephrology practices, large health systems, managed care and health insurance companies. Together they use data science to deliver more human care. You will: Own the customer relationship: understand and communicate client needs, manage a successful implementation, integrate our client's technology with client workflows, ensure and measure improved patient outcomes Expand client contracts with new use cases You will be working directly with client clinical teams, technology teams, and executives Requirements: 4+ years of work experience in post-sales client integrations preferably in a Health Care or Hospital environment Ability and propensity to form lasting partnerships and relationships Post-sales client onboarding and implementations to customize and integrate software solution with their clients financial and billing systems Fluency in both tech and health care: data engineering, statistics, clinical workflows and the business of value-based health care Expertise in navigating requirements from a client to assess and manage data exports and integrations Experience in deploying or managing enterprise software, SaaS, or care operations services Strong writing skills Meticulous follow-up and outstanding communication Willingness to travel up to 35%, remote work possible University degree or demonstrable experience in software, technology, or health care Benefits: Team in NYC, Boston - remote work possible for the right candidate 4 weeks paid vacation Top tier medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA & FSA, and 401k Gym discount, commuter discount Team meals every week
