The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing client relationships by acting as a trusted adviser with a focus on retention and customer advocacy.  A successful person for this role will be highly relationship driven, proactive and has an acute understanding of their clients’ needs and challenges.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of global enterprise clients
  • Build in-depth knowledge of your clients, expert knowledge of seoClarity technology, and extensive industry expertise.
  • Become a trusted adviser to stakeholders and users of seoClarity
  • Lead your clients to levels of success they never thought possible using seoClarity
  • Drive value to your clients through value-driven projects and the implementation of search experience frameworks.
  • Help your client’s structure, simply and scale their SEO efforts
  • Lead executive business reviews
  • Arrange and manage onsite client meetings– up to 15% travel domestic and international

Skill Required:

  • 4 year BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in account management, preferably with a software provider or digital agency.
  • 2+ years’ experience with SEO/SEM
  • Relationship focused
  • Experience with CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting software
  • Able to travel up to 15% both domestic and international.
