Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hungry teammate, who is excited to contribute to a rapidly evolving product/team. She or he will work in many different areas within our Customer Success team, including, but not limited to:

1) Direct support of our 350k+ iOS, Android and desktop/web users, all of whom are independent professionals, using tools like Intercom

2) Compiling feedback and proposing new product features for iOS, Android, and desktop/web apps

3) Manage and optimize "lifecycle" marketing campaigns, using push notifications, emails, and direct messaging

4) Facilitate beta groups for major product releases

5) Host webinars and record informational videos

6) Drive 5 star reviews and optimize conversion funnels to continue Hurdlr's rapid user growth

7) Liaise with executives from enterprises that we partner with

8) Work with the engineering team to ensure product stability

9) Upwards mobility into client relationship management, marketing, and/or other areas of the business.
